At a glance
- You can ask to return an item within 30 days of delivery.
- Start every return from your account, and do not send anything back until we approve it.
- If the problem is our mistake — faulty, not as described, locked, wrong or incomplete — there is no restocking fee and we pay for return shipping.
- If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong thing, you pay for return shipping and we may deduct a restocking fee of up to 20% of the price of the item you return.
- The item must come back as we sent it: the same device, complete, undamaged, reset and signed out of every account.
- Agreed refunds go back to the way you paid, within 10 business days of us receiving and checking the item.
- A fault that appears after the return window is covered by our 90-Day Limited Warranty on used and refurbished devices.
- Nothing in this policy takes away rights consumer protection law gives you.
How to return an item
- Sign in and open your orders. Choose the order and select Return an item.
- Choose the items, pick the reason that fits best and tell us what is wrong. Photos are optional, but they usually let us settle a return in one step.
- We review your request. Its status is shown in your account, and we contact you if we need more information.
- Once it is approved, we tell you where and how to send the item. If the return is our mistake, we arrange and pay for the shipping.
- We check the item when it arrives and settle the return.

Our mistake or your choice
The reason for a return decides who pays for shipping and whether a fee applies. We check the reason against the item when it arrives. If they do not match — a device returned as faulty that works as described, for example — we treat the return as a change of mind.
Our mistake — no restocking fee, and we pay return shipping
- It is not as described
- It arrived damaged
- It does not work properly
- It is locked to someone else's account
- It is locked to a network
- The battery is worse than advertised
- The wrong item was sent
- Something was missing
Your choice — you pay return shipping, and a restocking fee of up to 20% may apply
- I changed my mind
- I ordered the wrong thing
What we need back
- The same device we sent. Where we recorded a device’s IMEI or serial number when it shipped, the device returned must match it.
- Everything that came with it — accessories, cables, documentation and any packaging we supplied.
- Signed out and unlocked. Turn off Find My on Apple devices, remove your Google and Samsung accounts, remove any device-management profile, and remove your passcode.
- Reset, with your data removed. Back up what you need, erase the device, and take out your SIM and memory cards. We erase every device we receive and are not responsible for data or cards left in it.
- In the condition we sent it. No new damage, liquid exposure, repairs, opened casings or software modifications.
- Packed securely and sent with tracking. When you arrange the shipping, the item is your responsibility until it reaches us, so keep the tracking number.
When we refuse or reduce a refund
- A different device. If the IMEI or serial number does not match the device we sent, we refuse the return and send back what we received, at your cost. We may report suspected fraud to the police.
- Still locked to an account. We give you 14 days to remove the lock remotely. After that we decline the return and send the device back at your cost.
- Damaged, incomplete or modified. We reduce the refund by the cost of restoring or replacing what is damaged or missing, or we decline the return and send the item back at your cost. Either way, we tell you why.
- Sent without approval, or after the return window. We may refuse it and send it back at your cost. A fault after the window is handled under the 90-Day Limited Warranty.
Refunds
We refund once we have received and checked the item. An agreed refund is issued to the payment method you used within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to show it.
- We refund the price you paid for the returned item and the tax charged on it, less any restocking fee that applies.
- Delivery charges are not refunded, unless we cancel your order before it ships or the law requires us to refund them.
- We give store credit instead of a refund only if you ask for it.
Cancelling an order
Before it ships: contact us with your order number. If it has not left us, we cancel it and refund everything you paid, including delivery, within 7 business days.
After it ships: the order can no longer be cancelled. Accept the delivery and return the item under this policy.
We may cancel an order, and refund everything you paid, if:
- the price or description shown was clearly wrong;
- the item is no longer available;
- we cannot verify your identity, payment or delivery address, or we suspect fraud.
If payment has not arrived by the date and time shown on your order, we may cancel it and put the items back on sale.
Refused or unclaimed deliveries come back to us and are treated as a change-of-mind return: we refund the item less the delivery charge, the cost of the return shipment and any restocking fee.
Damaged or missing deliveries
- Check your delivery when it arrives. Report visible damage within 2 days of delivery, with photos of the packaging and the item, and keep the packaging until we have looked into it.
- If a parcel has not arrived, tell us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
- We investigate with the carrier, then repair, replace or refund the item.
These time limits let us claim from the carrier. If you are a consumer and tell us later, we still consider your report, and your rights under consumer protection law are not affected.
Business account orders
This section applies to orders placed on an approved business account. It does not apply to consumers.
- Report missing or wrong items within 2 business days of delivery, listing the IMEI or serial numbers affected. After that, the delivery is treated as complete and correct.
- Report faulty units or grade differences within the 30-day return window, with the IMEI or serial number of each unit.
- Change-of-mind returns are accepted only if we agree in writing, and the restocking fee applies.
- The business account terms also apply.
Your legal rights
This policy adds to the rights consumer protection law gives you. It does not replace or limit them, and where the two differ, the law applies. In particular:
- Quebec: the legal warranty of quality applies to new and used goods and cannot be excluded, and you have the cancellation and refund rights Quebec law gives distance contracts.
- Ontario and other provinces: you may be able to cancel an internet agreement if information the law requires was not given to you, or if goods are not delivered within the time the law allows.
- United States: the implied warranties of your state apply as described in our 90-Day Limited Warranty.
